1350 Series Double Cardan Rear Drive Shaft for Toyotas

Toyota owners running dual transfer cases, high-horsepower engine swaps, or oversized tires often push stock and 1310-series drive shafts beyond their limits. Standard OEM Toyota driveline parts are becoming harder to source, and aftermarket stock replacements frequently lack the strength required for hard off-roading. Upgrading to a 1350-series driveline eliminates these weak links while converting your vehicle to widely available American-style components that are easy to service anywhere.

This heavy-duty package includes both the transfer case flange and pinion flange required for a seamless installation. A double cardan shaft setup provides maximum joint strength, optimal on-road smoothness, and eliminates angle-induced driveline vibrations on lifted builds.

Important Spline Count Note: Before ordering, you will need to remove the nut on both your transfer case and pinion flanges to manually count the splines. Once verified, simply select your required spline counts from the dropdown menus above.

Key Product Features:

  • Upgrades your vehicle to 1350-series components—ideal for big tires, dual transfer cases, high horsepower, or extreme terrain.
  • Converts Toyota transfer case and pinion outputs to fit standard American drive shaft components for easy field repairs and superior strength.
  • Complete package includes both the required transfer case flange and pinion flange. (Note: If you are running a non-Toyota axle or transfer case, please call us directly to order).
  • Option to upgrade tubing from standard 3" x .083" wall DOM to heavy-wall 3" x .120" wall DOM. The thicker tube wall means better dent resistance.

Reference Guide: 27-spline transfer case output shafts are typically found in pre-1985 models and RF1A gear-driven transfer cases. 30-spline shafts are standard in newer chain-driven cases. Always pull your flange nuts and count splines on both ends to confirm before selecting your options!

Worked great on a 2001 4 runner

I blew out my original driveshaft and it was impossible too find parts so I got this one with American flanges and common joints. Best decision ever. Measure the top and bottom as well as the splines.
Only small issue was I didn't get the correct pitch bolts for the front side mount. Spoke too a guy on the phone, told me he was going to send me some bolts but never got here so I went too the hardware store too pick some out.i also send some photos and they addentified my concerns quick about the front American flange not having a dust cover that goes into the transmission. I took off the old dust flange cover from the old one and installed it in this one and it was perfect.
