Front and Rear The drive shafts we build will use 1310 series u-joint rather than the small stock u-joint. Suzuki used 2 different flange patterns please verify which flange pattern you have as well as measure for length. Figure 1: Measure for Length Please measure the C1 and C2 Dimensions for the T-Case and Differential ends.   Figure 2: Flange measurements Please measure the C1 and C2 Dimensions for the T-Case and Differential ends. Figure 3: Flange measurement A, B and C Type B Drive shaft built with Standard Spline is $299.00, built with X Spline it is $319.00. Figure...

This video is specifically about Tacoma drive shafts but at about 5:30 there is a section showing how to measure. The measurement process applies to all Toyota applications.  Front Toyota used both Type A and Type B drive shaft stock from the Factory over the years and different applications. If your vehicle is stock or just has a small lift up to 4.5" you may be able to still use the stock type drive shaft if already running a double cardan drive shaft, we will just need to know the length measurement as well as flange patterns for each end....

Front Drive Shafts Figure 1: Rezeppa to Fixed Yoke   Figure 2: Rezeppa to Flange We build a Conventional Double Cardan drive shaft to replace the stock drive shaft. This drive shaft can be built different ways and pricing starts at $299.00. Figure 3: A131XC shaft Figure 4: AX131F shaft The output yoke on the transfer case will need to be changed, we will need a spline count from the transfer case as well as a length measurement, the u-joint dimensions and or flange dimensions at the differential end. Figure 5: Spline count Please count the splines on the t-case...

Dodge used different types of drive shafts stock from the factory. Please see below for examples and how to measure. Front Drive Shafts Figure 1: Double Cardan Yoke at T-Case. Type A drive shaft with standard spline $299.00 with X spline, $319.00 using 1310 series u-joints. Measure length as per Figure 3.   Figure 2: Double Cardan Flanged at T-Case. Type A drive shaft with flange at C.V. end with standard spline $349.00 with X spline, $369.00 using 1310 series u-joints. Measure length as per Figure 4. Measure for Length and U-Joint Size Fixed yoke to fixed yoke Flanged yoke...

Conventional Two Joint   Conventional Double Cardan   Multiple Double Cardan With the exception of the front drive shaft in Discovery II applications, The Land Rover & Range Rover generally used a conventional 2 joint drive shaft. There were also some rear applications that, rather than using a universal joint at the rear differential end, used what Land Rover referred to as the “Roto-Flex” coupling. This “Roto-Flex” coupling is an elastomeric element that connects the drive shaft to the pinion flange with six bolts. Three of the bolts connect the coupling to the drive shaft the other three connect the...
