Jeep WK drive shaft lengths vary a bit and we want to make sure you get the right thing. That is why require a length measurement before building your shaft. Measuring is simple and easy. You can read more about how to measure in the link below.
The customer service at Tom woods is Top Notch they helped me find the correct shaft and they also helped me out immediately after my paccage was shipped to the wring address haven’t gotten it yet but cant wait.btw Jeepxk forum sent me here.
The factory driveshafts are garbage on the xk/wk. This is what Jeep should’ve made for them. Fits perfect, no vibrations. Looks good and is simple to service. Just installed 2 weeks ago in my 06 Commander and went on a 1200mi round trip in sun, rain, and snow. Will buy another one if I get another xk/wk.
If I can get a answer Back that would really help
Lifted my wk 6.5 in front 7" in rear. When I did the front diff drop I was having major vibrations. Order a new front shaft and what a huge difference! Was well worth the money. Now I just need to order a rear shaft!
Bought this for my 2007 CRD wk. It arrived to my house very quickly, and was packaged very well! The finish on the drive shaft was beautiful and everything was pre-greased. I had to cut away part of the heat shield so that it didn't get rubbed away by the shaft, I wish I would've done that before I installed the shaft. One thing I would change is the supplied hardware, which were internal hex. Not a fan of those and thought I was going to strip them. I loved that I didn't need to change drive shaft flanges/yokes. That made the install go much quicker. If you have a WK, buy this driveline instead of replacing the rezeppa joints.
