ZJ/WJ Front Drive Shaft Package
This package includes a 1310 series double cardan style drive shaft, a 1310 double cardan yoke for the transfer case, and a u-bolt style yoke for the pinion. This is what you need to eliminate that pesky cv joint at each end of your stock drive shaft and replace them with universal joints. Works on vehicles with 4" of lift or less. This shaft is built using our premium XC spline and slip yoke. If your are interested in our shorter S spline, call to order.
The transfer case will need either a 26 spline or a 32 spline yoke. Unless you have the NP247 transfer case which is always 32, your will need to count the splines in order to get the correct yoke. If you prefer not to count the splines, you can buy the shaft with both possible transfer case yokes at a discounted price. See the different product options above.

I’ve owned my WJ for 20 years, and have had to replace or repair the stock front shaft three times. I’ve recently started over landing again, and just had no faith in the stock front shaft. It was definitely the weak link. After installing the Tom Wood Shaft, my off road confidence has gone way up. Should have made this conversion a long time ago. The new shaft is very well put together, and I had it only 4 days after I placed the order. I highly recommend, without reservation, this conversion to all WJ owners (I rarely write reviews because I expect quality when I Pay for it, but this product is outstanding

I haven’t had the time to put the drive line in yet, but as far as quality goes it couldn’t be better. The u-joints used aren’t cheap pieces of crap but good joints. Two thumbs up for Tom woods
If you have a ZJ/WJ then you need a front drive shaft from Tom Wood's. Great group of people to work with and not to mention the incredible Drive shaft they custom build for your application. I am and will be a customer for life, already planning on getting a rear drive shaft built for my WJ very soon!
I would highly recommend Tom Woods and this product. From the order to the delivery one of the best I've dealt with. The quality is excellent. Install was as easy as could be expected, no problems just hard to remove the old yolks. They even called to double check the measurements before they made/shipped the shaft.
